Primo Paragas

Youth minister. Builder. Writer.

I work with students at Kentucky Road Christian Church. I build free software so small churches can run their own tools. I wrote a book to help kids understand baptism. That's the whole site. Look around.

The Book

Nobody Waits

A story of faith, friendship, and first steps.

COMING 2026

A chapter book about baptism for kids ages 8–12. Written for churches in the Restoration Movement, and for any family that takes the question seriously.

Kids ask real questions about baptism. Most books for their age either dodge those questions or bury them in fluff. This one doesn't. It tells a story, and it tells the truth: baptism matters, and it's not something to put off.

"Look, here is water. What can stand in the way of my being baptized?"

Acts 8:36

The Software

Church software you own

FREE SELF-HOSTED OPEN SOURCE RUNS ON A RASPBERRY PI

I build management software churches run on their own hardware — a Raspberry Pi sitting in your building. I built these because our church needed them, and small churches shouldn't pay monthly fees to keep track of their own people.

Your data stays with your church. No subscription, ever. Three apps, depending on what you need.

IN DEVELOPMENT   A companion app for iOS and Android is coming — take attendance and look up details from your phone, synced to the system in your building.

Questions about setup? Ask me. If your church wants help getting any of these running, I'll help.

About

Who I am

I'm the youth minister at Kentucky Road Christian Church, a Restoration Movement congregation in Mexico, Missouri. Before ministry I was an Army mechanic. I still think like one: find the problem, fix the problem, don't dress it up.

I care about students knowing Christ and becoming people of real character. I'd rather have one honest conversation with a kid than run ten flashy programs.

Everything on this site comes out of that work. The book came from questions students actually asked. The software came from problems our church actually had.
